Over one hundred works from Italian and foreign museums for an exhibition that traces the history of classical mythology, like the fable of Cupid and Psyche, through its various events and through the interpretations of the myth which gave the great artists over the centuries.
From pottery and artifacts from ancient Greece to the drawings of Raphael to the sketches of Canova, will present some of the most important as the sculpture group kept in the Uffizi and the conserved winged Psyche in the Capitoline Museums. The exhibition will be enriched by the possibility of further study through an application for iPhone, Android and the iPad and 3D video of Raphael's Loggia of Psyche.
