From Saturday, February 25 to Sunday, June 10, 2012 at the Scuderie del Quirinale, the exhibition dedicated to one of the greatest artists of the sixteenth century.

Jacopo Tintoretto is undoubtedly one of the most respected artists of the sixteenth century together with Botticelli, Caravaggio, Antonello da Messina and Filippino Lippi. The exhibition is focused on three main themes of the paintings of Tintoretto: religion, mythology and the portrait that will be told through 40 works. Among the most famous find "Descent from the tomb," "Jesus among the doctors' and two of 14 octagons representing Apollo and Daphne and Deucalion and Pyrrha.
