The exhibition is organized by the Colosseum, Roman Forum and the Archaeological Superintendence of Rome and plans to revisit the figure of Nero, and enhance the news about two aspects of the kingdom: the fire that destroyed most of the city in 64 AD, and consequent policy of reconstruction initiated by the emperor in Rome from 64 to 68 AD. The exhibition will be held in places of ancient Rome, thereby creating a direct relationship with the places in which it lived and Nero intervened both before and after the fire.
This includes a section on the image of ancient and modern Nero, a section on portraits of his family and especially Claudio, Agrippina's mother and wife of the emperor, another propaganda on Nero, which saw the assimilation of 'Emperor of the Sun and its celebration as a charioteer and the winner of the Parties.
