Description
Ai Balestrari is the restaurant located in the Prati area of Rome and is famous for the real Roman culinary tradition. Simple dishes made out according to the original recipes and genuine ingredients. You'll find classic dishes like carbonara, amtriciana, gricia, cheese and pepper, prepared tripe, offal and oxtail, but also strips, saltimbocca alla romana, scallops, steak and grilled smoked cheese. Among the Roman vegetables in season such as chicory and artichokes. Balestrari is also a pizzeria with wood oven, where you can enjoy crunchy pizza alla romana, bruschetta, crostini and trousers perhaps introduced by the famous fried.
