Description

This church of St. Peter and St. Paul is located at the highest point of the Eur District, at the top of a monumental staircase. Outside the church there are statues of St. Peter and St. Paul by Domenico and Francesco Ponzi Nagni. Inside there is a towering figure of Christ the triumphant by Attilio Selva on the altar. Not to be missed are the reliefs depicting the lives of St. Peter and St. Paul, and the beautiful mosaic of the Madonna and Child by Bruno Saetti.
