Description
The Temple of Bramante is considered one of the first great building of the high Renaissance. The temple is located in the courtyard of the Church of St Peter in Montorio and was completed in 1508. The Temple of Bramante has a unique shape: it has a cylindrical shell with a diameter of about 4 meters surrounded by a Doric colonnade raised on steps.
