Description
At the Planetarium of Rome there is a perfect projection of the night sky of around 4,500 stars, on a 14 meter dome covering an area that seats around 100 people. The Museum is located in the same building that houses the Museum of Roman Civilization. The Rome Planetarium offers a vast programme of live shows, conferences, events and star gazing. Inside you’ll have a chance to explore 5 planet projectors, 12 slide projectors and the possibility to see various astronomical images in 3D. And the Astronomical Museum of Rome is just next door!
